What an AI email writer helps with

Most email time goes into a few hard messages: the polite no, the follow-up nobody answered, the complaint that needs to stay calm, the request to a busy person. An AI chat can give you a clear first draft in seconds, suggest a subject line, make a long message shorter, or change the tone from blunt to friendly without changing the point.

You still decide what the email says. Read every draft before sending, check names, dates and figures, and remove anything you would not say yourself.

Write an email with nokeep in three steps

Step 1: Open the chat and give the situation. Say who the email is to, your relationship (manager, client, landlord, a stranger), what you want to happen, and any deadline. If you are replying, paste the message you received.

Step 2: Ask for a draft with limits. Name the tone and the length, for example “warm but brief, under 120 words.” Ask for two versions when you are unsure which approach is right.

Step 3: Edit, then refine. Change what is wrong and ask for a specific fix: shorter, more direct, a clearer request, a better subject line. Copy the final version into your own email app and send it from there.

Tips for better results

Put the goal first: what should the reader do after reading? Drafts get better when you name the outcome, the reader and the tone. Give real details rather than asking the AI to guess them, and say what must not change, such as a price or a date.

If you write many emails in the same voice, add your preferences in Settings, Instructions, for example “sign off with my first name, no exclamation marks.” Those instructions are sent with every message. Projects keep related chats and files together if you handle one client or job across many threads.

Privacy for work and personal email

Emails can include private details about you and other people. Share only what the draft needs; you can replace names and account numbers with placeholders and fill them in later.

There is no account to create. Your chats are saved in this browser, not in a nokeep account, and nokeep does not use your chats to train models. To write a reply, your message and relevant context are sent for hosted processing; the privacy policy explains what is handled. If your employer has rules about AI tools and company data, follow them.
