Two things worth trying first
Because a message sent from here cannot be answered — there is nowhere to send a reply to.
Lost your key
Re-enter the card you paid with and a new one is issued on the spot, with your balance carried across. It is in the chat, under Lost it? Recover with your card.
A charge you do not recognise
Your card statement and receipt come from the payment processor, who holds the record of what was bought. We hold a sealed reference to it and no name.

No name, no address, no reply
