Make a video from one sentence
Describe a scene. Shots, cuts, sound and dialogue from one sentence, one free clip a day.
Made with one sentence
Real results, each with the exact words that made it.
- Text to video“An old lighthouse keeper climbs the last steps in a storm, opens the door at the top, and a giant wave rises out of the dark sea.”
- Animate a photo“he steps forward as embers drift past, lifts his head and barks once”

Edit a photo“put this dog in battered knight armour at a burning castle gate; keep his face exactly the same”- Make a photo talk“You’re still up? Good. Stay with me a while.”
- Restore an old photo“restore and colour it, then: he blinks slowly and smiles”
Make an image“a black cat with amber eyes as a collectible action figure in a blister pack, with a tiny lantern and sword”
How it works
- 01Describe the scene
- 02Add sound or a line
- 03Watch it, then make it longer
Describe a scene and nokeep makes it as a video clip with sound: several shots with cuts, camera moves, and spoken lines if you write them. One five-second clip from text is free each day, with no account; longer clips are 96 credits a second.

How it works
Step 1: Describe the scene in a sentence or two: who, where, and what happens. Add sound or a line of dialogue if you want it.
Step 2: Open it in nokeep and send. Most clips come back in under a minute.
Step 3: Make it again with different words, make it longer, or start the next clip from the last frame of this one.
Writing a scene that works
One clear event per clip. “A lighthouse keeper opens the door and a giant wave rises out of the sea” works; five events in five seconds blur together.
Say what we hear: “thunder and wind”, “a crowd goes quiet”, or a line in quotes for a character to say. Say what the camera does if it matters: “a slow push in”, “a wide shot from the cliff”.
Faces hold up better than hands, and text on screen is unreliable. Two people doing different things at once, or a fast camera move, often give an unusable clip.
What is free, and what it costs
One clip a day from text is free, five seconds long, while the day’s free clips last. On a busy day they can run out; the composer says so.
Longer clips and clips from a photo use credits: 96 credits a second, 480 credits for five seconds and $1.44 for fifteen. Credits start at $5, enough for about 10 five-second clips, and never expire.
What happens to your clips
Your words and the finished clips are saved in your browser, not on nokeep’s servers. The clip is made on hosted infrastructure under zero-data-retention terms, and nokeep does not train on what you make.
