The refusals you are used to — the ones that arrive mid-story, or when a medical question gets concrete — are mostly that added layer, not the model.

The default model is Venice Uncensored 1.2, an open-weight model served with no moderation layer added on top — it answers medical, legal, fiction and roleplay prompts that mainstream assistants deflect. No model answers literally everything, but nothing is bolted on to make it refuse more.
Do I need an account?
No. The chat opens directly, the first 10 messages each day are free, and paying for more never asks who you are — access is a claim key, not an identity.
