Only what runs your account and the free limits.
- If you pay: your plan, its renewal date, and credits bought and spent
- Payment references and a card fingerprint, scrambled, so a lost key can be recovered
- For the free limits: your network address, a visitor id and a device check, scrambled and deleted after a day
- Counts and coarse visit records with no message text, kept about 25 months
- An error log with no message text or address, kept 30 days
- Feedback you send, and board posts
Passes through, not kept: your message and the context it needs go to the AI model to answer you, under no-retention terms.
What is sent to the AI?
To answer you, your message and the context it needs (earlier messages, the memory lines that matter, attachments) go to the model. Models run under no-retention terms, and your network address is not passed on.
Your conversations are not used for training. Web search sends only the search words.

Common questions
Is a temporary chat more private?
A temporary chat is never saved in your browser and reads no memory. What is sent to the model to answer it is the same.
Can nokeep read my chats?
We have no copy of them. Your chats are only in your browser.
