Plan or credits?

Plans are Plus, Pro and Max. Each includes chat without using credits, web search, deep research, and a set of credits every month for images and video. Plan credits reset each month. Prices are on the pricing page.

Credits bought on their own (a top-up) never expire and need no subscription. 1,000 credits cost $1.

How do I buy a plan or credits?

1. Press Upgrade at the bottom of the sidebar (Top up if you already have a plan).
2. Choose the Plans tab or the Credits tab. For a plan you can switch to Pay yearly (2 months free). Top-ups start at $5.
3. Pay in the secure checkout. Your statement shows Atman Ventures.
4. Save the account key the welcome page shows you. See Your account key.

Plans in US dollars are paid by card. Top-ups in US dollars take a card or crypto. In another currency, the checkout offers the local methods it supports, such as UPI for rupees. Only a card lets you recover a lost key.

How do I pay in my own currency?

Prices start in your country’s currency when nokeep supports it (for example EUR, GBP, JPY, INR or BRL), and in US dollars otherwise. Change it in the checkout under Currency. The choice is saved in this browser.

How do I set up auto top-up?

1. Buy a top-up by card while your key is on this device, so a card is saved.
2. Open account row›then Settings›then Auto top-up.
3. Pick an amount, and the balance that starts it: 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 credits.

It runs at most 3 times and $100 in any 24 hours. If a charge is declined it pauses until you turn it back on. It does not work with rupee payments or cards issued in India yet.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

1. Open account row›then Settings›then Plan.
2. Press Change plan, or Cancel plan (Turn off renewal on a yearly plan).
3. Confirm with the button that names the date your plan ends (Cancel on, or Turn off on, and the date).

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan. To undo before then, press Resume and your plan’s name, for example Resume Plus. There are no partial refunds, and credits are not refundable.

A yearly plan cannot change plan until its year ends. Turn off renewal, and the change opens on the end date.

How do I redeem a gift code?

1. Press Upgrade or Top up to open the plans.
2. Press Have a code?, enter the code and press Redeem. Gift codes start with gift-, even though the box shows nk-gift- as an example.

If this device has no key yet, redeeming makes one and saves it here. Copy it from account row›then Settings›then Account key straight away: a key from a gift code cannot be recovered with a card.
