How do I use AI without an account?
You can use AI through a service that needs no account, a mainstream assistant’s guest mode where available, or a model running locally. These choices differ in features and data handling; the absence of a login is not proof of anonymity or zero retention.

Guest access can cover basic chat while requiring sign-in for saved cloud history or additional tools. OpenAI offers logged-out ChatGPT in supported regions. Check current availability rather than assuming the same features work everywhere.
If you need images, attachments, or a workspace that persists, verify those features before starting a long task. The relevant question is whether your actual workflow needs an account.

What no account changes—and what it does not
You do not have to provide login credentials to use nokeep. The server still handles model requests and operational data. The hosted provider receives the prompt and relevant context under no-retention agreements.
Avoid putting unnecessary identifying information in a prompt or attachment. Browser privacy mode and network tools cannot change the information you intentionally send to a model.
Paying and keeping access
A nokeep purchase returns a claim key rather than creating a profile. Keep the key securely; it grants access to the purchase. Payment providers still process and retain payment information under their own terms.
For an entirely offline workflow, choose a local model and verify that its tools and telemetry do not send data out. The hardware and model you choose determine its capabilities.

Does no account mean the service cannot identify me?

Why are my chats still there without a login?
nokeep stores them in the browser on your device. Closing the tab does not clear that storage.
