DeepSeek answers at once unless reasoning_effort asks it to think. Before, it thought first, and apps with short reply limits got empty replies.
DeepSeek takes frequency_penalty, presence_penalty, repetition_penalty, min_p and top_k.
Stopping a stream stops the model, and the bill covers only what was sent.
