No — nokeep hosts no characters and no community. You paste a character card or describe the persona in your first message, and the model holds it from there. The trade is deliberate: no library, and also no queue, no account, and no server that remembers the conversation.
Is there a waiting queue?
No. Free messages answer immediately — the free tier is metered by day (10 messages), not by making you wait. Paid use goes to the front of nothing, because there is no line.
Do I need an account for the NSFW side?
There are no accounts at all, for anything. nokeep adds no moderation layer over the models it serves and treats you as an adult; conversations live in your tab and are gone when you close it.
