An AI that answers instead of refusing

nokeep’s default model answers the questions mainstream assistants deflect — the concrete medical one, the legal document in your hand, the scene your story actually needs — without a lecture, without an account, and without keeping any of it.

Refusal is mostly infrastructure, not intelligence. The same class of open-weight model that powers the big assistants will answer plainly when served without the moderation layer they add — which is exactly what nokeep does, with conversations that live in your tab and nowhere else.

Asked before you asked

What kinds of questions does it actually answer?

The ones that usually bounce: concrete medical dosage questions, reading a severance agreement, salary reality checks, the fight scene your story needs, staying in character when a roleplay turns dark. Direct answers, no lecture attached.

Why do other assistants refuse so much?

A moderation layer sits between you and the model, tuned to the provider’s risk rather than your question. Legitimate prompts get caught constantly — fiction and health questions worst of all. nokeep serves models without that added layer.

Will it refuse anything?

The models keep their own trained judgment — no model answers literally everything. What is different is that nothing extra is added on top to widen the refusals, and the default model is chosen specifically because it answers.

Does “it answers” mean the answers are reckless?

No — it means the answer engages with your actual question. Ask about ibuprofen on lisinopril and you get the interaction and the safer default, not a referral to speak with a professional.
